Let me explain; If you send a certain type of traffic to a lead generating offer and get a great response, you may well get a very poor or even no response from another type of traffic to the exact same offer.
For example: Lets say I buy traffic on Google for the keyword 'Loan Modification' and send it to a specific landing page and it works great! I get lots of leads.
So I go to Yahoo and I buy traffic for the keyword 'Loan Modification' and send it to the exact same offer landing page… and it bombs!
Why is this? Because of what is known as the demographics of the traffic. In simple terms it can be the age, ethnicity and gender of the traffic. In reality it goes much much deeper than that.
But the thing is; lead generation is a learned skill.
Not only do you need to understand exactly WHO you are targeting (i.e. buying from Google, Bing, Yahoo etc); you also need to very quickly determine WHAT will make them (the WHO) take ACTION.
