My name is Stephen Tickner and I’m the President of TRS Technology Group, Inc.
I am a system architect and software engineer with 22+ years experience having a unique blend of management experience and technical knowledge.
I can manage diverse teams while at the same time dealing with new technical challenges. Have an excellent understanding of the IT industry and constantly strive to keep up-to-date with new and emerging technologies. Am extremely creative with the ability to learn new technologies quickly resulting in successful IT solutions to business requirements.
I have full life-cycle project management experience employing iterative development methodologies using COM and .NET technologies working on a variety of applications encompassing stand-alone packaged software products, work group solutions and client-server systems, developing applications and tools, creating object models and database diagrams, writing documentation and creating test plans.
My goal is to assist clients in their application development projects using .NET architecture design, development, implementation, documentation, training, troubleshooting and support. I specialize in application design and development using the .NET framework and other Microsoft technologies and particularly data driven web applications using SQL server.
